Miss Germany 2016 was Lena Bröder, a 26-year-old student from Rheinland-Pfalz. She was crowned Miss Germany on February 27, 2016, at the Europa Park in Rust. As Miss Germany, Lena Bröder participated in various charitable and promotional activities throughout her reign. She represented Germany at the Miss Universe 2016 pageant but did not place in the competition. Lena Bröder handed over her crown to her successor in February 2017.
